The Ego lanyards are made to fit the Ego when it is used with a Type A or Type B atomizer or with the cone. It will also work with the XXXXL cartomizers , DCT V2 tank cartomizers, and clearomizers. If you are using your Ego with a slender atomizer and no cone, you should look at the 510 lanyard selections. This lanyard can also fit other electronic cigarette lanyards with larger diameters.
If you are using a large top accessory on your e-cig, like the large Nova tank or the DCT V1, you can use this lanyard by sliding the o-ring up the battery from the bottom. Rest it just below the top piece you are using.
NOTE: If you stretch the o-ring too much, it will break and need to be replaced.
