SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This applies to orders received Monday-Friday. All orders placed Friday after 1:00pm will be shipped Monday.

Orders are shipped via USPS, either first class or Priority. Shipping upgrades are available by clicking "Shipping Upgrades" category on the left side of the page. All orders over $75 ship FREE. WE SHIP ONLY TO THE USA. Most orders will be received within 1-3 days. You can track your order by logging in to your customer account. If you are having trouble tracking an order, please contact us and we can help.

A flat shipping rate of $5.95 applies to all orders under $75. Orders $75 or more ship free! Please note that if your order must be $75 before any applicable tax and shipping are added.

Please Note: Vape Hut is not liable for packages that are lost or improperly delivered by the post office. We will maintain a tracking number for each package we ship. We offer upgrades to shipping. Please add them to your cart as products. They are found under the "Shipping Upgrades" category. You can add insurance to your package or add delivery confirmation.

If you do not receive your package, please contact us to let us know so we can look for it. Sometimes they will send packages back to us for various reasons. Also, if your tracking number says that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it, ask your neighbors. It may have been delivered to the wrong address.


SHIPPING UPGRADES
Upgrading your shipping to "Priority" sometimes means that it will get to you a day faster. It is also an extra security, because the post office has to make sure that the package reaches the destination by it's expected delivery time. Our orders are shipped from coastal North Carolina so customers that live nearer to us usually receive orders within 1-2 days without upgrading to "Priority".

Upgrading your shipping to "Signature Confirmation" requires that someone sign for the package before the carrier will leave it. The post office keeps record of who signs for the package, allowing for easier location of the package in the event that it is shipped to the wrong address.

Insurance Upgrade. Adding insurance to your package protects you if your package is lost or damaged in the mail.


WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a warranty on most batteries, atomizers, and electronic accessories for 14 days. We offer DOA warranties only on cartomizers and low resistance atomizers. If one of your parts are defective, you need to contact us so that we can send you a replacement. You can email us at info@vapehut.com or call us at (910) 399-8071. Sometimes, we can help you resolve problems without having to do a return. If one is defective, we will send you a new one with a pre-paid envelope for the return of your defective one. Most companies make you pay shipping for returned items, but we believe you shouldn't have to.


RETURN POLICY
At Vape Hut, we offer quality products, but if one of your products is defective, you may exchange it for a new one. We will accept returns on all defective products and accessories. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns for E-liquid and cartridges.

Return policy is 14 days for all kits, batteries, and atomizers.

To return a defective item please follow these instructions:
1. Please call or e-mail us to let us know which part you feel may be defective.
2. We will send you a postage paid envelope to return the defective part, and we will send you a new one.

All kit sales are final. Because of the nature of this product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on whole kit purchases. We offer testing at our electronic cigarette store in Wilmington, NC if you would like to try the product first.

We warranty products for manufacturing defects. This does not include misuse or common wear and tear.


You can see if your package is on its way by tracking it. Simply enter your label number to see the status of your item. Point-by-point tracking details vary based upon shipping type.
