Vape Hut Referral Program

What it is

The Vape Hut Referral Program is a program offered by Vape Hut to reward customers for referring us to friends and family.  It also offers some money savings to our old customers and our new ones.

How it works

Retail Store: Vape Hut customers give our business card to someone they know. The customer needs to write his/her name and customer ID # on the back of the card on the “referred by” line. The “New Customer” needs to present the card when they come in the store to make their purchase. We will deduct 10% off the subtotal of their order (excludes sales tax and/or shipping charges). We will save the card, and the "referring customer" gets a 10% savings on any order they choose within the next 60 days.

Online Store: When the “new customer” orders online, they should type the name and customer ID of the customer that referred them in the comment box of their order. We will create a discount card for the referring customer so that he or she may use it on any order within the next 60 days to receive 10% off the purchase or a FREE 20ml. bottle of E-liquid. If the new customer spent over $50 with us, the referring customer can receive a 20ml. bottle of E-liquid absolutely FREE. (This offer excludes Halo liquids.)  Referring customers should put a note in the comment box of their order if they have a referral card they would like to use and if they would like to use 10% off or a free E-liquid. Please notate flavor and strength of E-liquid if necessary. If we do not have a referral card, we will notate it on the packing slip.

Rules, Restrictions, and Information

The discount only applies to new Vape Hut customers. A customer with an established account cannot use the “new customer” discount.

Only one referral discount can be applied per order.

Referral card discount can only be used once per card.

Referral card allows the customer to choose a FREE 20 ml. bottle of E-liquid in lieu of the 10% discount if the new customer spent $50 or more on their purchase.  

For orders in our retail store, discount can be applied ONLY if the card is present.

In some cases, we may require identification to verify a customer's identity before allowing them to use the referral card.

Referral cards must be redeemed within 60 days of being presented and used in our store. After 60 days, the card will be discarded.

We do not check the cards for every order, because we have many of them. It is the customer's responsibility to let us know if they have a referral card on file.
