How do I return an item?
We always try to ensure that our customers have a pleasant experience with Vape Hut during the sale and after, so if you feel that a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact us.
Cases of returns are handled on a case by case basis, but see below for common instances in which a return might be necessary.
You received a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: We try to assure that products sent by our company are working properly, but if you have received a product you feel has a manufacturer defect and is under warranty, please contact the store by email, phone, or come into one of our retail locations. Many problems can be resolved easily by troubleshooting over the phone or email. Once contact has been made with our store and a return needs to be made, we will issue you an RMA number. The product should be returned with the RMA number in the package. All original product packaging must be included (such as parts and original boxing), and the package should be shipped in a box or bubble mailer. Please do not return products in paper envelopes. They are often damaged in the mail. We must receive the product in order to assess the defect. You may want to include a tracking number or insurance on the package to ensure that it is processed correctly through the mail. If the product is defective and qualifies for a replacement, we will send a new product. We will refund the shipping charges to the original credit card used to make the purchase. If the product does not have a manufacturer defect, we will ship the product back to the customer once the shipping fee has been paid.
You were sent the WRONG PRODUCT. We try to be careful when packing, but sometimes accidents do occur, and we will make them right. If you have been sent an incorrect product, please contact us by phone or email. You will be issued an RMA number that should be included in the package. Please return the item to us and we will immediately send a replacement when your package is received. We will refund your shipping charges to the original card used to make the purchase.
You accidentally ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT. There are so many vaping devices and parts available, it is easy to order the wrong thing. If you receive your order and find that you ordered the wrong part, please contact us for an RMA number. This number should be included in your package when you return it. There are two ways we can handle this.
1) You can choose to make a new purchase for the items that you meant to order. In the meantime, return the incorrectly ordered items to us, and once we have received them, we can issue either a credit to your account or issue a credit to the card that was used to make the original purchase.
2) Once the RMA number has been received, you may send the incorrectly ordered items to us for exchange. If there is any difference in the price of the items, you will either be charged or credited the difference. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to send out the new product.
